Nice going Vanguard!  My new company (we were acquired last year) also uses Vanguard, the old company used Fidelity, so tons of 401k's were rolled to Vanguard in that transaction.  Only a drop in the bucket I'm sure, but I wonder if that behavior is increasing.  Interestingly, our company Vanguard 401k account only has access to target date funds which appears to bolster the article's mention of Vanguard greatly increasing their holdings there.  I also have a personal IRA as well as a taxable account with Vanguard, so I do like them even when I have a choice.

We've had our 401ks there for years, but just finished moving IRAs and taxable accounts there. All eggs now in one Vanguard basket, but I feel good about it.
