Free source for good market pricing info

I'm thinking about opening an Interactive Brokers account but don't want to pay $10/mo for data. Is there a good free source of up-to-date pricing info available somewhere?

Does Vanguard provide good pricing info if you have a brokerage account?

If you have some programming skills, you can use Finance::Quote, a perl module which was derived from GnuCash.
