I'm curious what you find in terms of what kind of return is likely.
Real estate is such a very local business, I just don't see how a bunch of folks far away will know how to pick the right properties en masse.

When you say "study" what do you mean? Are you wanting to know how they are structured, learn about the operations, etc. Or are you wanting to study them from an investment perspective.

Hi dear, thanks for your answers.
I mean, a website to study reits, like with a filter, with the cashflows, distributions, FFO, assets, debts, profits, expenses, ownership and other fundamentals.
I mean for a investiment perspective.

Look into Realty Income Corporation (O). Its a good REIT (based on my own return from the past year) and it gives out a monthly dividend.
