Best balanced approach with Vangaurd Index funds for a registered account

I consider myself somewhat betwern balanced but can take some risk. Retirement is 15 years away (with good luck). What Vangaurd combination do you suggest with good return and reasonable fees?
I will be using Questrade for the purchases. I currently have
