Any referral bonuses for an Ally CD?

I want to put "next year's" money in a CD, and Ally seems to have the best rate, where "best rate" is defined as a measly 1%.  Right now it's earning .75% at Cap360.

Are there any referral bonuses at Ally?  or anywhere else reputable that has a better rate?

Personally, I'd put it in a total bond index fund, but you might not be feeling that risky :)
