So they did offer a Fidelity 500 index fun with a .07% expense ratio which I had been contributing too, but they are taking that one away and changing what is offered. They really don't have a plain index one anymore...an 'invesco equally weighted 500 fund' but it has a little higher expense ratio, so was probably looking at one of the vanguard retirement ones. Looks like most have iether a .17 or .18 ratio, is there any one better than another? My old 401k got rolled over into a vanguard ira to the total market fund. Wish they would have got that one in what they offer now.

It might help to see a list of all the available funds.
As to the Vanguard Target Retirement funds, the ones with years farther in the future will have mostly stocks (the 2060 fund has a 90/10 ratio), while the ones with years closer to the present will have more bonds (the 2015 fund is 50/50 and the 2010 fund is 65/35 in favor of bonds). Which one is "better" depends on your preferred asset allocation.

asset allocation right now is basically all stocks. accumulation phase.

You didn't provide expense ratios. But my best guess is that the Vanguard Target Retirement 2060 Fund is closest to what you want. It should have among the lowest fees and has a very high stock allocation.
