Title: Pc log in issues

Yesterday when I went to the forum it told me I was banned for political messages. I logged out but still couldn't view the forum. I rarely post and if I do it's not political. Any ideas what happened?

I am able to log in on my phone, that is how I am posting now.

It's possible that someone's IP address got banned, and now your computer is getting that address from your ISP.  Try rebooting your router and see if it picks up a different address.

Depending on you're setup at work, it is extremely possible that everyone at your business does an address translation (or passes through a proxy server) and appears as one (or a small number) of IP addresses.  It likely means you have a fellow forum member around you.

I'm getting the same thing at work today.  yesterday it was fine.  I work for a big company (30,000+ people).  Any chance this ban can be lifted to user specific?  I don't post here much but I like to read a lot.  I can get here from home and phone fine...

"Mostly here to troll non-Trump supporters and repeat a bunch of lies (No one could protest Obama, Trump hasn't broken any laws)
I'm tire of this "gal".
This ban is not set to expire.

This ban is not set to expire.

The mods will probably see this... but if you want to make sure, you might try PM'ing one of them.  Give them your IP address as it leaves your company.  (IP address can be found here:  http://whatismyipaddress.com/)
