Missing Shortcut Links?

A few days ago, the links that usually appear at the top for Unread Replies and Unread threads disappeared for me. I thought perhaps it was a temporary error, but they have not reappeared yet.

At the top right, right next to the coin is a little white Up/Down arrow.

Click on it to get back your shortcuts.

I have struggled with that problem and sort of figured that one out :-)
