Merging duplicate threads
« on: October 19, 2017, 02:44:50 PM »
For whatever reason, duplicate threads occur.  It's good (e.g., see https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/case-studies/reader-case-study-young-family-trying-to-get-somewhere/msg1739368/#msg1739368) when mods close one and redirect to the other.

It would be even better if the two (or more) threads could be merged (à la bogleheads) so all posts appear in one thread.  Is that practical with the Simple Machines tools?

Yes. I often merge duplicate threads.
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.
