Title: How to stop receiving email from the forum?

Is there a way to stop receiving email notifications from the forums?  In Account Settings, there is a spot to allow/disallow users emailing you directly, but I don't see how to avoid all email.  Has anyone found this function?

You shouldn't be getting email from the forum unless you have chosen to be notified of specific topics. There should be a link in each email that allows you to click on it if you no longer want to be notified about that topic.

I have not followed/requested notifications from any threads.  I'm getting emails when I receive private messages, and this is what I want to avoid.

ETA: I believe I found the setting, thank you.
