How do I remove my account?

I'm not using this forum correctly, I need my account removed from this forum database. How do I remove my account and remove it's link to my details and email address?

I need to remove the temptation of logging in again.

You can change your info on your profile page. Then you can change your password to something random so you can't log back in.
