Is there any way to preview images in a post.

  If I attach an image, when I do a preview I can't see the image. Is it possible to see images in Preview?
Also is there any way to put the image between text.

Yes to all, if instead of "attaching" an image you "embed" the image within the post itself, using the [img] [/img] codes.
