Another user observed the same thing and PM'd me earlier.
We checked, and there's no obvious DDOS attack or anything. The server was rebooted around 1pm Pacific (about an hour before the OP post) to see if performance would improve, and CPU usage is being monitored.
If you were still experiencing it around the time of this post, it may not have worked.
Please post if it remains slow, or not.
