Do we need a new category for CASE STUDIES?
« on: January 18, 2016, 03:21:54 PM »
I love them.  Can't get enough of them.  Sometimes, that's all I want to read.  But the search feature on the forums is not optimal.  Would any of the MODs consider creating a new category JUST for CASE Studies?

I do like this idea. In the short term, you can use google's site search, and it works MUCH better. Just go to google and type:
site:forum.mrmoneymustache.com case study

Hope that helps in the meantime!

I would understand if the answer is "no" - but do support this idea.  Don't know if this was the original intent of "Ask a Mustachian" but if so that intent has been diluted.

I love this idea too!  Would be great to have one place for actual case studies.

I'm also on board with a Case Studies category

&

I've noticed the search function is super not working right now but using Google as previously mentioned helps.

I was just thinking yesterday that it seems like the content of this category has really changed in the past couple of years I have been following. It used to be mostly case studies, right? I, too, find them addicting. More, please! :)

Thank You!

Is there also a way to block threads you no longer wish to follow? Other than just ignoring them?

Nope, other than deleting your posts in them.
