Just had a Brawny ad auto-play with sound in a thread. Deeply uncool.
It didn't even fit in the banner. It was just a center-punch of the full frame.

Yeah, it isn't a popup, but a video banner with autoplay sound. I only saw one, but it really surprised me.
I generally see video ads various places on the web, but I haven't seen this particular one (Brawny paper towels) anywhere else.

Update: came across another auto-play video ad in a banner space, but without audio. Screengrab attached.
