When you file as LLC or get EIN do you get an EFTPS letter?

I'm wondering if this is official or a scam.  I got a letter from EFTPS saying they enrolled me and gave me a pin and to call this number and enter my pin, EIN bank account and routing numbers.... I thought I needed to do this myself, so I'm wondering if this is official from them or from scammers.

I wouldn't call the phone number but you can go to www.eftps.gov and use the PIN to complete registration.
