Anyone here can provide some advice on how to become a Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator? Thinking about doing this part time but I'm not sure if that is doable and how the pay structure is like. I know I'll need to pass the test but I'm not clear on where to start or who to ask.
