I'm looking to get into this field a few years from now; does anyone here currently do this?
Is it difficult to find an apprenticeship with the goal of becoming licensed? Or do any of the training schools pair you up with a company that will?
I appreciate any insight the MMM community might have - I've been interested in this field ever since I purchased my home last year.
EDIT: In MA, you have to perform something like 25 supervised inspections, and 100 other unsupervised inspections, then work for that person for a year. The reason why it may be difficult (or maybe not, pending your replies), is because virtually you're training your future competition.
