Title: How to Opt Out of business credit card offers

It's easy to Opt Out of credit card offers for an individual (by using www.optoutprescreen.com), but how do you do it for a business? There is no place to enter a business name and EIN into the form. I am receiving weekly mailings and would like the madness to stop!
