Title: Furniture Flip Question
Post by: SmallCheese on June 05, 2017, 01:26:59 PM
Those of you that do furniture flipping/DIY furniture makeovers-- if a piece has a particle board back that is in otherwise good condition, do you keep it or replace it with wood?

What ever is easiest, cheapest all while making it look it's best to sell for the highest price. But with that said, I wouldn't spend a whole hour longer and spend $10 just to make $15. Fast and decent is the name of the game. I spend 10 minutes making my washers and dryers look excellent. If it would take me 30 minutes, I probably wouldn't make them look as good, I'd settle for a little less quality. The name of the game is flip it fast, make quick money and do it again.
