What are some good hvac forum websites?
« on: March 03, 2023, 09:45:11 AM »
I have been using doityourself.com and hvactechgroup.com  for help, and they are helpful, but they  can't answer all  my questions.

I had been using hvac-talk.com, and they were very helpful, but now they don't allow diy questions.

Any suggestions for other websites ?

Thanks

You may also want to check diychatroom.com and, surprisingly, the bogleheads personal consumer issues forum

Diychatroom looked good, but it won't accept my registration attempt. Will check out Bpgleheads .  Thanks!

HeatingHelp.com. Click on "The Wall."

https://forum.heatinghelp.com/

Lot's of professionals on there (or at least there used to be). Very knowledgeable. But be warned....it's a site mainly for people in the trades. They will answer questions from DIY's but don't be surprised if you get "You should call a professional" as part of the responses.

(FYI...they hated, hated, hated, Pete's post on his DIY radiant floor heating post).

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
