Fixed my toilet for $2, kinda

I fixed my toilet, for $2.
It would sometimes keep running after being flushed.

It goes on this flush valve; http://www.homedepot.com/p/Lincoln-Products-1-6-GPF-Flush-Valve-for-Mansfield-211-100947/205824577  It's on the top.

But I hadda say "kinda", because I bought a replacement fill valve before even looking in the toilet, as that's what fixed this problem the last time.   But now I've got a spare flush valve 'in stock'.
