We have a patio dining set from World Market that has been exposed to the elements for about 6 months, and now show signs of wear!

We should've done this earlier, but we are analysis paralysis mode and I cant seem to figure out what I need to buy to protect the wood.

What specifically do I need to buy from Amazon/Home Depot to protect the wood? We live in California - so rain and no snow in winter. The set is made of all eucalyptus wood, and is starting to splinter in some parts.

Thanks!

A real cheap, simple, easy thing to try is just to wipe it all down with a good coat or two of linseed oil.
It will keep the wood from drying out, plus give it some water shedding qualities.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
