One sprinkler zone stays on...need advice

So one of our sprinkler zones is staying on.   It's done this a couple times before but when I've turned the zone on at the control box, then off again, it's always solved the problem. This time, nothing doing.  I've turned the water to the entire system off, but it's July in Arizona so the plants around the yard can only go a little while without water.

Any advice?  I'd love to avoid paying a landscaper...
