Greetings! I have lived in this home for about 1 1/2 years (located in Utah). I am now getting around to the project of restoring/maintaining the playset that came with the house. The main base of the playset is anchored down with some rebar. The playset leans back towards the back fence. What can I do to fix this leaning. I thought about strapping a wire to a top portion of the playset and staking/anchoring it into the ground on the opposite side to balance out the leaning and so that it would vertically straight; but, I don't want a random stake in the ground or a wire/line that could badly hurt a kid.

I tried sticking pavers under the ladder part (on the side that's facing our back fence) to try and push it the other way. but that didn't really help at all.

I'm in the process of sanding it and repainting/staining it so please don't bother with the aesthetic looks. I'm looking for some advice for anyone that has ideas or that is more experienced than me. Thank you in advance.

I think your best bet is to jack or wedge the front of it up, and dig out under the supports.  It might be easier with some parts disassembled.  Get a friend to tip it back farther, and dig out underneath the boards with a pickax.

Is the base it is on level and are your corner posts 100% vertical? Its possible that those are correct but the cross pieces were not put together level.  The wood could also be warped due to age.  I agree with bender that you could leave it if it it is still usable, anchored well, and stable.
