Hey all,

Any ideas on why the AC would blow cool air and work just fine but the furnace/blower/fan doesn't seem to work correctly? The furnace actually seemed to turn on after I forced the threshold above temp but it felt as though the furnace fan was just blowing air that wasn't necessarily warm. And when I tried to turn the Fan on alone via the Ecobee, the fan didn't actually seem to turn on at all.

I read that it could be a bad relay, but if that were the case would the AC still work?

FYI I don't think anything is wrong with the wiring - I hooked everything up several years ago and it was working probably up until a few months ago? The furnace is a Trane XL80. A couple years ago I had an courtesy Green/eco-friendly check-up and some guy came out and installed this thing called "GreenFan" which apparently runs the AC/Furnace more efficiently but I have no clue.

So the condenser fan outside is blowing but not the furnace fan? The most common thing I've seen go wrong is that the furnace fan capacitor goes bad. Are there any error codes on the circuit board?

Thanks. No error codes that I can tell - the red light is blinking at a normal rate regardless of whether the unit isn't running anything or when I switch the fan "on" via Ecobee.
