Inquiry: Bob Livingston Letter?

Does anyone have personal experience receiving / using the financial information in this publication?  I received a 24 page flier that mentions IRA confiscation, what sounds like a federal property tax, and other disturbing claims.

I’m wondering if anyone has actually read the newsletter, and whether it contains useful information.

Took a quick look and much of what he says appears to fall into the category of "you can't prove him wrong because you can't prove a negative" - but seems unlikely at best.

E.g., just because something happened in Cyprus doesn't mean it will happen in the USA.
