I got this old cabinet for an old oven need to be removed. Do I just take a sledge hammer and tear it down or what? i dont see any screws or anything its bolted to, but it seems stuck too the ground , maybe some kind of old glue? ideas?

It's hard to tell from your picture, but is the top part separate from the bottom cabinet part? If it's all one piece I see some screws at the counter level going into the back wall. I also suspect that the cover modeling along the floor is helping to hold it in place. You may want to use a sawzall and cut up some sections before taking a sledge to it just in case it's somehow attached.

got it out. there was one small screw holding it really firmly into the wall. had to cut the screw with a hacksaw to take it out!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
