How to get the back inside panel off a fisher and Paykel fridge?

We have a noisy fridge. Sounds like the fan behind the back panel inside is rubbing on something. It also is icing up on the back of the fridge. Anyone have any idea how to remove the back panel? It doesn't seem to have screws.
