My preliminary thoughts:

Move master closet door to other end of closet so it can be accessed more easily from the en-suite.

I would switch living area and dining areas around, but even if you don't - maybe some patio doors at the back - seems weird to have only one door from kitchen out into the yard.

I would add a half bath in your laundry - that way if the main bath / bedrooms at the end of house are a mess, your guests don't see it! Very handy if you have kids using that main bathroom.

The main living space seems kind of huge - do you have anything to make it pop - can you vault the ceiling / add a fireplace / something to make it less of a barn.

Also, when you open the front door you can see the entire living /kitchen / dining - everything including dirty dishes in the kitchen!

Will one of the bedrooms at the end of the house be used as a den / tv space etc - in an open plan place it can be hard to watch TV when someone's making dinner etc in the kitchen.

Also, if you have kids / planning to have kids - it's great to have a room you can shove their stuff into (I have an open plan house and lego, so MUCH lego) so if it's possible I would have double doors opening from the living room (right by the front door) into that bedroom that's closest to the living room - you could use it as a den / playroom / office. It would be my last choice to use it as a bedroom (noise from living room could wake kids up).

Anyhow, that's what I see on first glance!
