I found a free bodyweight workout.
https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routineThis workout has been pretty awesome and I am definitely noticing significant improvements in strength since I started a month ago. The progressions get pretty insane, so there is tons of room for growth. For cardio, I have been cycling.
Since it is a bodyweight workout it barely requires any equipment. Basically just a set of adjustable rings and a couple bands. Instead of buying rings, I went to home depot and got 2x- 16' lashing straps.

Exercise bands are really cheap and I had some already from physical therapy visits.
Boom, now you have a home gym for less than $20 and a $0 workout program to compliment it.
