Fridge 50F Freezer 40F

I have a fridge that is only getting to 50F and the freezer is 40F.
I removed all the lint from the evaporator coil. The evap fan is working.
I removed the back panel and part of the condenser coil was frozen.
The condenser fan is working. The condensate pipe is flowing to the bottom of the fridge.
I melted the ice and checked the defrost heater 65 Ohms.
I checked the thermal switch in ice water, it did not close.
I bought a new switch, it did not close in the ice water. The appliance shop said it needed to get to 20F to close. I put the new switch in our deep freeze and it still didn't close.
I replace it anyway and no luck.

Any idea what to try next?

Should the thermal switch trigger at 32F? Low refrigerant? Unit is at least 14 years old and came with the house.

Might be the compressor, might be the refrigerant has leaked out, might be a bad thermostat, might be a lot of things.

If it's over 14 years old, replacing it is probably your best bet. I get that this is the DIY forum, but you have far exceeded the expected lifespan of the appliance and you may be past the point of diminishing returns when it comes to fixing it. Your time is worth something too, so account for that when deciding if you want to keep trying to replace every possible piece.
