you have already pointed out where you could trim your expenses, but then explained why you are not ready to do so because......fun. :)
so, it's really up to you to decide what's more important to you, the fun now with FIRE around 41 or less fun now and FIRE at 40, 39, 38? I personally think you could have both; a lot of fun while being just slightly more mindful of where the money is going AND FIRE at 39.  What I do is very much like the latte situation. If I go four times a week, I cut it down to three times a week for a couple of months, then two times, etc. But, do the same thing with restaurants and bars. If I go to really spendy restaurants most of the time, I cut it down to spendy ones twice a month and cheapy hole-in-the-walls most of the time. Then after a few months, I reduce to one spendy a month and one cheapy a week. weaning yourself off any habit is easier when done incrementally.

Is your restaurant number a split amount or are you picking up the full tab? If so, maybe that could be tweaked.

Since most of your transportation costs are plane tickets, could you not do credit card airline miles hacking? And, at the airport, you could try getting bumped, racking up more "plane money".

I second using travel hacking.  Check out the Reddit thread /r/churning for a good starting point.  Even just doing one Southwest card would net you enough points for 2-3 roundtrip domestic flights.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
