Looks doable. You may want to use a Roth pipeline instead of a 72t - see
How to withdraw funds from your IRA and 401k without penalty before age 59.5
for more.
Whether to take the pension at 62 or 65 is a close call, so whichever you choose should be fine. Might depend on how having $21K more space affects your ability to do Roth conversions in those three years.
