We just did our local Kijiji/FB Marketplace/ Craigslist type ads. Very occasionally word of mouth.

There’s definitely pros to working with agencies though.

If you have nextdoor.com or similar neighborhood website try asking there for recommendations.  You might also find people interested in the job.  Any SAH neighbors that might be interested in a few hours of paid work?
