If you want to not work at all at 45, and you're confident in your expense numbers, you need about $400k invested. Looks like you are a way away from that, but if you plan to work part-time, it shouldn't be too hard to make $10k a year to cover your expenses.
What is your actual salary? Working backwards from your other information it appears to be about $30k/year post-tax?
