I don't have an answer for you, but I hope you post what you decide and your experience.
I'm in the same position you are (first year filing, simple corp with one person) and I was leaning towards Taxtron because of the low price, but have decided to go with paper, at least this year. I didn't feel comfortable not knowing what the security is, or who the owners are, of the businesses providing the service. Except for Turboxtax, which is quite a premium.
I hope SimpleTax will come out with a T2 filing program; they have a message on their site implying that it may happen in future.
