sigh - just on hold with CRA for 35 minutes, and it sounds like the agent either fumble-fingered answering or deliberately hung up. I choose to believe it was an accident. First call, estimated wait time was 15 minutes, hung up on at the 35 minute mark.....call I'm now, estimated wait time 1.5 hours, I wonder how long that one will be.......this is my first world problem right now, having to listen to CRA's crappy hold music. It sounds like a bad Disney soundtrack. :-)
