Are there any federal civil servants on here that have submitted a form T1213 to the pay centre since the Phoenix pay system rolled out? I’m tempted to submit one for 2018 for daycare expenses.
If anyone who gets paid through Phoenix has used form T1213, do you recall what you put on the form for the employer contact person? I sent in a request to the pay centre for this information but I’m not holding my breath for a response.
