As someone potentially interested in this, I hope that organisational information is not going to be locked inside Facebook where I can't get to it. (I already got two "join Facebook" requests and a blocked page just trying to look at the landing page).

I'm not organising it, so I can't personally help.  I thought I'd post it here for people who aren't in that particular facebook group.  I'll send a note to the organiser and she can decide if she wants to advertise it though other forums.
