I'm looking to replace all of the single-pane windows (17) in my 1950s house. I got a quote from Window World for $7K, but I'm hoping to spend less than that if I can. Any other good places to recommend (I know there are a lot of Colorado folks on here)? I bought this house as a long-term flip, so I'm not planning to stay here more than 3-5 years, so price is really the most important consideration for this purchase.

where are you located? Denver metro? I had some glass replaced in a bedroom window a couple months ago and was happy with the work. I can't remember the name of the company but if you're in the metro area I can look it up.

Yes, I'm in the Denver metro (south of Denver specifically).

I have the exact same need, but I am in Denver Metro NORTH of denver.. think they would do work in the Thornton/Westminster/Northglenn areas?

Yeah, I think they do the whole metro area. I am located in the Denver Tech Center and they were located a bit north of me. Sorry I forgot to get this info for you guys last night. Mental note to dig up the invoice tonight and get it for you both!
