Dear Community,

Looking for a car for Los Angeles.
Wondering how important the Clean Air Decal for HOV access is in general-  How often do you actually use it?
Is it worth limiting the car search to find a qualifying car? 
Previously was thinking quality used Honda civic.
What are your thoughts on electric options?

Not in California, but I do drive a C-Max Energi which I bought used. Not buying gas is very enjoyable.
