Who did you choose for your HSA?

I want to invest in Vanguard index funds with my brand new HSA. I'm the business owner and I have a qualifying HDHP. Who did you choose? What are your fees like?

I just started with HSA Bank, an online bank, monthly fee is very low (I can't remember but less that $5 I think) and it didn't have all the crazy fees for when you actually use your money to pay for something.  Haven't looked into the investment options too closely yet though.
