Title: Who are the frugal heroes you follow? Blogs and YouTube etc
Post by: lifejoy on June 28, 2017, 11:48:23 AM
Please share your favourite frugal heroes. I need to latch on to some new role models because when I watch TV or read fashion blogs, all I want to do is spend more money and strive for possessions I don't have.

Help me focus on better values by sharing links to your frugal heroes here :)

My grandparents and parents were my first frugal role models but they don't count for purposes of your question.  Amy Dacyczyn was an influence that you can't google and then when blogs started capturing my attention, Leo Babuata of Zen Habits was an influence.  The Minimalists (Joshua Fields Milburn and Ryan Nicodemus) and Marie Kondo deserve a shout out even though they are only tangentially related to frugality.
