The title pretty much says it all. I recently got an ebike (Ancheer, so a budget model), it weighs approaching 50 lbs. (maybe a bit less with the battery off, which I would/do remove before putting it on the rack). I sometimes want to take it somewhere via vehicle and I drive a Pontiac Vibe. The car doesn't have a hitch (and I don't want to get one) so am not contemplating those.
I have an old rack (that we probably got at a yard sale or something), it's a Graber and it's ... OK. But the bike causes it to lean a bit (the back of the bike where the motor is mounted is heavier than the front), and because of its age and my uncertainty about its origins, I'm not entirely confident of its (ongoing) strength so would like to get a new one.
I'd prefer something easy to put on/take off, and sturdy. Any recommendations?
