Just curious if anyone else here has been using Quicken Rocket Mortgage for generating their preapproval letters for home buying. I've been using them and they let my preapproval lapse and expire (despite giving them the go-ahead to renew) and when we were actively looking a month or two ago I was able to generate preapproval letters for different loan amounts (and I think I could change the downpayment amount too) on the fly via their website.
After getting the preapproval back again, I logged back in and I no longer see the option to do this... I tried chatting with someone there and they said it has always been like this. *scratching head* - does anyone know what I'm referring to and can confirm that they removed it?
