Title: Where to sell gold class ring?

Anybody know of some credible places to sell a gold class ring? I got one back in high school (I think it cost around $300 then, ack!), but fast forward about a decade, I NEVER wear it. I'd be better off with cash instead. Hopefully some of you guys have gone through this class ring "fad" as well and can offer some good advice!

It's probably not worth much at all.

Take it to a few local coin/jewelry places, but don't expect it to be worth much above melt value, and it's probably not that pure an alloy of gold to start with.
