I have a variety of foreign currencies from various trips I've taken over the years - Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Switzerland and UK to name a few.
It's not going to total up to a huge amount (probably under $100) but I'd like to get some use out of these rather than have them sitting around.
Where can I get them exchanged, if I decide I want to keep the cash? I understand a lot of banks don't accept foreign coins, just bills - I've got a mixture of both.
Alternatively, I know on Qantas and other airlines, the UNICEF change for good program is an option. Does anyone know how to make donations to that program without actually going to the airport? (Won't be flying again until end of the year).
