Title: When to sue and any recommendations?
Post by: Loretta on May 27, 2019, 07:24:48 PM

Does anyone have a good medical malpractice lawyer to recommend in the VA DC suburbs?  I am having a real dickens of a time with some erroneous test results given to me over the phone by a nurse covering in my gastro doctor’s office, and a subsequent mess of medications as well as lost work and $ spent on medicines I maybe did not need.  I am still trying to get to the accurate test results so I can move forward but in the meantime, they may now be covering up their actions and that is not cool.  I am not the suing type but OMGosh what amateurs!

Even a bad medical malpractice lawyer would have absolutely no interest in what you've described so far.

What were your damages? $200 for a new test? Sounds like that is cheaper than a lawyer.

Malpractice requires negligence resulting in injury that has resulted in damages.  What you are describing does not sound like a malpractice case.
