Sometimes when I get uptight about my dickhead boss I mock up t-shirts that (in my dreams) I would wear on my last day of work.  What would you put on yours?  Here's mine:

F*ck you, f*cker!

I wouldn't want to burn bridges. I don't particularly like my bosses, but despite my thinly veiled antipathy, they love me. Maybe I'd need this job again for some reason.

Also, my job is customer facing.

So I guess mine would be "Retiring after x years".

"Just like your car, I'm Audi!"

It would be a plus if your boss had an Audi. I guess I should have started there.

"Done!"

If we put aside the "burning bridges" thing for a minute?  Most of them would be out of Despair.com's catalogue and be the things I've always wanted to say but couldn't as an employee or manager.

As a manager:  "Get to work, you're not being paid to believe in the power of your dreams"
As an employee:  "Meetings - none of us are as dumb as all of us"

I love my job so I wouldn't actually do this but for someone less in love with their job I think the classic "Screw you guys, I'm going home"   from Cartman would do the trick.

It has to have cartman on the shirt as well pointing his fingers.

When I was in Las Vegas I saw a guy at the pool with a T-Shirt that was a picture of himself naked drinking a beer. I'm not sure if that applies to the last day of work, but I've always wanted to wear one of the those.
